REQUEST A TOW

Free Towing within 10 miles and $499 in labor charges.

One Call Gets You Off the Shoulder

A breakdown on Morse Road at rush hour is not the moment to start comparing tow companies. Call (614) 471-5388 and the truck comes to you — then your vehicle goes straight into our bay on Westerville Rd., not to a lot across town.

  • The tow and the repair are the same phone call. Your car is diagnosed by the shop that picked it up. No middleman, no second story about what went wrong.
  • We sit on the SR‑3 corridor. Minutes from Morse Rd., Rt. 161, and I‑71 — so most north-side pickups are a short run for the truck, not a cross-town trip.
  • Cars, SUVs, and light trucks. If it is a daily driver, we can almost certainly move it. Tell us the year and model when you call and we will confirm before the truck rolls.
  • Over two decades in these same bays. The shop at 3430 Westerville Rd. has been fixing Columbus vehicles since 2005. New name, same building, same people.
  • Free tow within ten miles. If your repair comes to $499 or more in labor, the tow is on us — anywhere inside our ten-mile radius. Under that, we quote the tow up front.
  • A real ETA, not a runaround. You get an honest time estimate up front, and a call if anything changes.

Where We Tow

Our tow radius covers roughly ten miles around the shop — which puts most of northeast and north-central Columbus, plus the ring of suburbs just outside it, well inside our range. That includes the Northland, Linden, Clintonville, and Easton areas of Columbus, and the communities below.

  • Minerva Park
  • Huber Ridge
  • Worthington
  • Riverlea
  • Gahanna
  • Westerville
  • Bexley
  • Upper Arlington
  • Linworth
  • Grandview Heights
  • Marble Cliff
  • Whitehall
  • New Albany
  • Blacklick
  • Dublin
  • Powell

Sitting just past the edge of that list? Call anyway — (614) 471-5388. We will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.

Towing Questions, Answered Fast

How long before the truck reaches me?

It depends on where you are stuck and how many calls are already out. What we will not do is guess low to keep you on the hook — you get a real window when you call, and an update if it moves. Most pickups inside our ten-mile radius are a short run.

Is the tow free if you do the repair?

Yes, on two conditions: the pickup has to be within ten miles of the shop, and the repair has to come to $499 or more in labor. Below that, or outside the radius, we quote you the tow when you call — you will not find a surprise line on the invoice at pickup.

What should I do while I wait?

If you are on a highway shoulder, get everyone out of the vehicle and behind the guardrail on the far side from traffic — not in the car. Hazards on. If you are in a lot or on a side street, stay put and keep your phone free so the driver can reach you. Have your keys ready and pull anything you will need in the next day or two out of the vehicle.

What can you tow?

Passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and light trucks — the vehicles we service every day. Oversized, dually, or commercial equipment is outside what we handle. Give us the year, make, and model on the call and we will tell you before dispatching.

Can you tow it somewhere other than your shop?

We can, though the reason most people call us is that the tow and the repair end in the same place. If your vehicle needs to go to a body shop, a dealer, or your driveway instead, say so when you call.

What happens once it is at the shop?

Our technicians run a diagnostic, then call you with what they found and a written estimate before anyone turns a wrench. You approve the work — or you do not — and nothing gets done in between. If it comes in after hours, it sits secure until the bays open at 8 a.m.
