The bays at 3430 Westerville Rd. have been draining oil for Columbus drivers for more than twenty years. Full synthetic is our standard — not an upsell we push at the counter. It is what almost every manufacturer now specifies, and it is what your engine was designed around.
You get the price before the car goes up on the lift. Not an estimate that grows, not a quote that changes once the pan is open — the number you agree to is the number on the invoice. If the multi-point inspection turns up something else, we tell you what it is and what it costs, and you decide. Nobody here works on commission for saying yes.

Oil is the cheapest insurance an engine has, and a skipped change is the most expensive thing most people never notice doing. Vehicles running full synthetic generally go 5,000 to 10,000 miles between services — your owner's manual has the number for your specific engine. Come in sooner if you spot any of this:
On full synthetic, most vehicles land somewhere between 5,000 and 10,000 miles. The spread is that wide because engines differ — a turbocharged four asks for oil more often than a naturally aspirated six. Your owner's manual settles it. If you cannot find it or cannot remember when you last came in, bring the car by and we will read the oil and tell you where you stand.
Full synthetic, in the viscosity your manufacturer calls for — 0W-20, 5W-30, or whatever is printed on your oil cap and in the manual. If your vehicle genuinely requires conventional or a synthetic blend, say so and we will use it. We do not substitute something cheaper and hope you do not check.
Synthetic is built rather than refined, so the molecules are uniform. That means it holds up under heat instead of breaking down, flows on a cold January morning instead of sludging, and lasts longer before it stops protecting anything. Switching is safe in either direction on almost any engine — the myth that you cannot go back and forth has been dead for a couple of decades. The extra few dollars generally comes back as engine life.
New oil, a new filter, and a free multi-point inspection: fluid levels across coolant, brake, power steering, transmission, and washer; tire tread and pressure; brakes; belts and hoses; battery; exterior lights; wiper blades. Anything worth flagging gets flagged before you leave.
Usually 30 to 45 minutes with the inspection included. Walk in and you take whatever slot opens up; book a time and you are generally in and out on schedule.
The oil goes in the same hole, but that is where it ends. A quick-lube bay is built to move cars through; the technician who checks your brakes there cannot fix them. Here, the person under your hood is the person who would do the repair — so the inspection is an actual diagnosis rather than a list of things to go find somebody for.
Yes, and it is not a limited-time thing: $20 off the standard retail price of a full synthetic oil change, year-round. No coupon, no code, no email signup. Mention it at check-in. It cannot be stacked with other oil-change discounts, but it is always there on its own.
You can. We charge for the labor and still run the multi-point inspection — just hand it over at drop-off. The $20-off special applies to oil bought here, so it does not come off a bring-your-own service.
Yes. If your vehicle tracks oil life or runs a maintenance reminder, we clear and reset it as part of the service so the readout matches what is actually in the engine.
No — walk-ins are welcome and oil changes move quickly. But mornings and Saturdays fill up, so requesting a time is the difference between waiting twenty minutes and waiting an hour. You can also call (614) 471-5388.
